What we’re building
Most people treat health like a checkbox: they only do annual checkups and react when something breaks. We’re building the alternative.
We're a new venture within ZNEXT’s Venture Builder, launching by the end of July 2026. Our focus is preventive health and longevity, helping people understand and optimize their health before problems emerge, using data-driven protocols and continuous monitoring.
We have founding capital, technical vision and expertise. We need the person who turns that into a product people use daily and a business that scales.
The role
The CEO will be responsible for the strategic vision, business growth, partnerships, and market expansion both nationally and internationally, with a particular focus on commercial development, B2B and B2C growth, and sales execution. We are looking for someone who combines entrepreneurial drive, a deep understanding of the HealthTech market, and strong leadership skills. The ability to effectively represent the company in public and with investors is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build an intuitive product with clear user journeys, translating complex medical insights into simple experiences that balance clinical depth with ease of use
- Drive commercial growth, with a strong focus on lead generation, sales, and client acquisition in the B2B segment
- Develop strategic partnerships with labs, physicians, clinics, and key players in the HealthTech sector
- Collaborate with the founding team to align the roadmap and user growth strategy
- Actively represent the company with investors and stakeholders, with strong skills in pitching and storytelling
Who we're looking for
Must have:
- Proven experience working in HealthTech and Nutrition sectors, ideally as CEO or CRO
- Fluent in medical terminology and comfortable working with labs, physicians, and clinics (can read medical reports and translate complicated clinical insights into UX-friendly product requirements)
- Comfortable moving between strategy and execution, ultimately working outside the comfort zone
- Operator mindset: you build, test, fix, repeat
